Julie Olsen’s friendship, and her energy to explore, gave me a chance to try a different firing technique.
The wonderful outcome from her salt kiln provided a rich textural presentation for this work in my Flock Watch series, which expresses interactions between humankind and nature.
Julie’s finely crafted, elegant Tower is a testament to the artist’s eye for fantasy and detail.
